I am an Associate Broker with State Wide of Houghton. I graduated from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a degree in Business, and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. For 11 years I worked for a business development firm in Minneapolis, IMPACT, managing a staff of business consultants and providing oversight for several other company divisions. Prior to working with IMPACT, Kevin spent many years as a carpenter and home remodeler in the Twin Cities. I believe that these experiences, when coupled with technical and "nuts & bolts" real estate know-how, really benefit you, my seller or buyer. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation help me to stand apart from my peers.
